Our Orders Are a Bit Different
Because we stock hundreds of items β some big, bulky, fragile, and unpredictable β we do things a bit differently to make sure you get exactly what you want at the best possible price.
We Manually Approve Most Orders
We check most orders by hand to confirm stock availability and get you the most accurate delivery cost. It's not fully automated yet β but we're working on it, we promise.
We aim to approve all orders within 2 hours. It may take as little as 10 minutes, or up to 4 hours when we're swamped. If you're in a rush, contact us and we'll be honest if we can speedrun your order.
π‘ Some orders qualify for immediate payment at checkout β if yours does, you'll be able to pay right away without waiting.

Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.
Collection and own courier orders are no longer assembled or reserved until payment has been received. In-store payment is only available for in-store shopping β special arrangements must be made for any exceptions.
Orders that remain unpaid for more than 12 hours after approval will be automatically cancelled. Don't worry β this is easily undone. Just contact us at [email protected] and we'll reinstate your order.
Choose Your Delivery Method
Each method follows a slightly different process. Find yours below.
Local pickup
Complete checkout as normal. Your order goes straight into our approval queue.
You'll receive an email confirming your order was received. Our team then reviews stock levels and prepares your order for approval. We aim to get this done within 2 hours, but it may be as quick as 10 minutes or up to 4 hours during peak periods.
Once approved, you'll receive a payment link via email. Your order is not assembled or reserved until payment is received β paid orders are given priority.
Once payment is received, we begin final assembly. A separate email will confirm your order is ready at our premises: 583 Ontdekkers Rd, Roodepoort, Gauteng, 1700. Only arrive once you've received this email β do not come before confirmation.
π The total wait from order to collection-ready can be up to 4 hours. If this waiting period is unacceptable, it may be better to shop in-store to avoid disappointment.
π Please check all items thoroughly before leaving our premises. We cannot account for missing or incorrect items after you have left.
I want to arrange my own courier
This covers Uber couriers, third-party services, or any collection arrangement you make yourself.
Select "I want to arrange my own courier" at checkout.
We'll review your order and send you a secure payment link once it's approved. Your order is not assembled or reserved until payment is received.
Complete payment via the secure link. Your order will then be prepared for handover to your courier.
Do not dispatch your courier until you receive our "Collection Ready" email confirming the order is packed and ready at 583 Ontdekkers Rd, Roodepoort, Gauteng, 1700. If your courier needs our address or collection details, contact us at [email protected].
π¨ All losses, damages, and errors that occur through your third-party courier are entirely for the customer's account. We are not liable once the order has been handed over. If you are sending an Uber or Bolt driver, ask them to come inside the building β we do not go to them.
Courier to Door
We select the best available courier to find you the most affordable and efficient option based on your parcel's weight, volume, and destination.
Complete checkout. We'll review your cart and calculate the most accurate shipping cost for your specific order.
Once approved, a secure payment link is sent via email. Stock is not reserved until payment is received. Processing begins immediately after payment.
A confirmation email will let you know your order has been handed to the courier. You should receive tracking information from the courier within a few hours of dispatch.
Once your parcel has been scanned by the courier, you can track your delivery using your order number on our shipment tracking page. This feature is still being rolled out and may not be available immediately β if your tracking isn't showing, and you did not receive anything from the courier, please contact us or check back shortly.

PUDO Locker Collection
Collect your order from one of hundreds of PUDO lockers across the country β convenient, secure, and available nationwide.
Find your preferred PUDO locker on the PUDO website or app, then add the locker details in the notes/comments section on the checkout page.
Finish checkout as normal. Your order enters our approval queue.
We'll send a payment link once your order is approved. Processing and dispatch begin after payment.
A confirmation email will let you know your order has been handed to the courier. Delivery to your locker typically takes the same timeframe as Courier to Door for your area.
Once dispatched, the courier will send you a PIN via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Head to your locker, enter your PIN, and collect your parcel. You have 36 hours to collect β after this window, the parcel is moved to the nearest PUDO kiosk or depot. Any additional charges incurred are for the customer's account.
Any single item heavier than 17 kg cannot be sent via PUDO. If your total order exceeds 17 kg, it may be split across multiple parcels, each billed separately.
