Description
Epsom salts are mineral salts composed of magnesium sulphate, commonly used in personal care, wellness and household applications. When dissolved in warm water they are widely used in bath soaks where magnesium sulphate is believed to help relax muscles, soothe tired feet and support general relaxation.
