Chipkins Princess Vanilla Cake Mix is a versatile bakery premix developed by Chipkins Puratos to produce soft, moist vanilla cakes with consistent volume and crumb. Produced by the South African branch of the global Puratos baking ingredients group, this mix is designed for bakeries, caf?s and home bakers who need reliable results with minimal preparation.
The mix only requires the addition of eggs, water and vegetable oil to produce a smooth batter. Eggs 6 Extra Large
Water 300ml
Cooking oil 160ml
Mix using a cake mixer with a flat beater until a smooth batter forms, then portion into tins or cupcake pans and bake until golden and set.
