Description
Bakels Tinglide is a professional pan release paste developed by Bakels for bakeries and confectionery production. This high viscosity cream coloured emulsion is brushed onto baking tins, trays and moulds to prevent cakes and other baked goods from sticking, allowing them to release cleanly after baking.
It is commonly used for sponge cakes, rich butter cakes and other confectionery products that contain high sugar levels where sticking can easily occur. Tinglide is applied in a thin layer using a pastry brush and helps maintain the shape and surface of baked goods when removed from the pan.
Also known as tin grease, pan release paste or baking tin release, it can be used on cake tins, moulds and baking trays in both home kitchens and professional bakeries. Store in cool dry conditions with the container sealed to maintain product quality.
