Wooden Spoon White Margarine from the Willowton Group is a full fat baking margarine with a firm consistency, widely used in South African bakeries and home kitchens. It is made from vegetable fats and oils and enriched with vitamins A, D and E, giving it a smooth texture and rich flavour suitable for both sweet and savoury recipes.
