Behind our many youthful faces and charming appeal, lies more than 20 years of experience and wisdom in the baking industry. This bun has been in the oven for a long time.

Baker's Paradise was founded all the way back in the year 2000 in a quaint, bedroom-sized shop, on Daniel Malan Road — a simple but cosy store for all your baking essentials. Since then, Baker's Paradise has moved twice and changed owners as many times, from MC, to Carlien, and now Joe and Henk. We have gone from employing 1 person to thirteen, and growing.

These days, we do not shy away from wholesale, business to business, or country-wide online trade — but our hearts will always lie with our home bakers and home industries.

From the mothers who bake into the morning hours, to the fathers and brothers who deliver their creations far and wide, home baking is not just a hobby. It's a lifeline. From the struggles with power outages to the calamity of the pandemic, baking has carried us through.
