Description
Bakels Delight Cream is a sweetened UHT whipping cream alternative made with vegetable fats and milk protein, designed for cake decorating, desserts and frozen treats. When whipped, it expands to about three times its original volume, producing a smooth, stable cream that pipes easily and holds its shape for decorating cakes, gateaux and pastries.
Packed in a convenient Tetra Pak, it whips easily when chilled and is widely used for cake decoration, dessert fillings, ice cream toppings and layered desserts where a light, stable cream is required.
Damaged packaging may result in contamination. Keep sealed and avoid exposure to air or strong odours to maintain flavour and quality.

Water, fully hydrogenated vegetable fats and oils (26%) (fats palm kernel, oils sunflower), sugar (11%), stabilisers sorbitol syrup (E420) and hydroxypropyl cellulose (E463), milk protein (cow?s milk), emulsifiers E472e, soy lecithin (E322), E472b, salt, flavours, colour carotene (E160a).
