Description
Chocex white baking chocolate is a smooth sweet white compound chocolate developed for baking dessert and confectionery applications. It has a creamy flavour and melts easily, making it suitable for mixing into batters fillings coatings and decorative elements. The mild flavour of white chocolate allows it to blend well with a wide variety of ingredients and desserts.
This is a non tempering chocolate which makes it suitable for melting scraping and mixing into recipes. It is commonly used in cakes brownies cookies muffins dessert sauces ganache and chocolate decorations. The chocolate can be melted for dipping coating drizzling and decorating baked goods and desserts where a smooth white chocolate finish is desired.
White chocolate is often used for coloured chocolate decorations because of its light base colour. For best results powdered food colours and oil based chocolate colours are recommended as they blend smoothly into melted chocolate without causing it to seize. Water based liquid colours are not suitable for colouring chocolate as they can cause the chocolate to thicken and separate.
