These ready-to-use pastry shells, fondly known as doppies, make quick work of bite-size treats. Light, crisp and neatly shaped, they are perfect for filling with favourites such as caramel, milk tart, lemon meringue or savoury fillings for platters and parties.
Often used in bakeries and catering, these miniature pastry bases save time while delivering consistent presentation for dessert bites, snack platters and canapes. Simply fill, decorate and serve.
