Description
A delightful premium cake mix with double the usual cocoa for those of us with a dark chocolate addiction. Recipe: Mix 1kg cake mix, 5 Jumbo eggs, & 200ml water, for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down & mix on medium speed for 7 minutes. Add 150ml oil and mix for 4 minutes on medium speed. Bake at 170??C for approx. 40 minutes.
Recipe: Mix 500g cake mix, 3 Jumbo eggs, & 100ml water, for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down & mix on medium speed for 7 minutes. Add 75ml oil and mix for 4 minutes on medium speed. Bake at 170C for approx. 40 minutes.
