Refined white sugar made from sugarcane grown in Eswatini formerly known as Swaziland. After harvesting the cane is crushed to extract juice which is clarified evaporated and crystallised to produce pure sucrose crystals. The refining process removes molasses and impurities resulting in a clean neutral sweetness and fine white crystals that dissolve easily in baking and beverages. White sugar is one of the most widely used baking ingredients because it provides sweetness structure and browning.
