A dense, rich, chocolatey brownie mix that makes baking a proper tray of brownies quick and reliable. Simply add a few fresh ingredients and you?ll have a batch of classic, fudgy brownies ready for the oven.
Recipe (for 500 g mix):
Combine the brownie mix with melted margarine or butter, eggs, water or milk, and vegetable oil. Mix until just combined?do not overmix. Pour into a prepared baking tin and bake at 180 ?C for about 25 minutes, or until fully baked.
Ingredients to add (per 500 g mix):
75 ml milk or water
15 ml vegetable oil
2 extra-large eggs (?80 g total)
125 g margarine or butter (melted)
Bake, slice, and try to let them cool before the first piece disappears.
