This medium thickness wafer paper (0.27 mm, AD Grade) is sturdy enough for cutting, shaping and edible printing, making it ideal for decorative elements, toppers and edible images. Its firm structure holds form well while still being easy to trim, emboss and work with for creative cake designs. It can also be used for burnaway cakes.
