Baker's Paradise Return Policy

Baker's Paradise offers customers the opportunity to return certain items if the items are faulty, erroneous, or if the quality is deemed below par. A Full refund or store credit is offered for system and admin errors on our side before the release of the order.

In-Store & Online Price Discrepancies: No refunds or price changes will be given where a price difference exists between in-store and online. These systems are kept as current as possible, but the price at the pay point is considered final in all cases.

Courier, delivery and packaging fees are non-refundable. Elective returns are for the customer's account. Exeptions are if the damage caused is reasonably the fault of Baker's Paradise.

Conditions of Return 9 Conditions

    Original packaging required. The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

    Proof of purchase. The customer must produce their till slip or invoice at the time of return.
  3. 3
    Inspection rights. Baker's Paradise is entitled to inspect the item for signs of intentional damage and may reject the return on that basis.

    Resaleable condition. Where a return is due to an error, the item must be in a condition suitable for resale.

    Special-order items. Items placed on special order will be refunded subject to a 10% handling fee.

    Store credit preferred. Store credit is the preferred method of refund. No cash refunds will be issued in store.

    14-day return window. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of payment. Requests received after this period will not be considered.

    No liability for misuse. Baker's Paradise cannot be held accountable for failed recipes or any damage caused by the customer.

    EFT refunds β€” exception only. Where all conditions are met and sufficient reason is provided to management's satisfaction, an EFT refund may be considered in lieu of store credit.

Where an EFT refund is approved, the company may request proof of bank account and personal details for verification. Larger refunds, where accepted, may take up to 5 business days to process.
