Recipe: 1kg Classic Vanilla Sponge Mix, 7 Jumbo eggs, 400ml Water.
Method: Place eggs and water into a mixing bowl. Add Classic Vanilla Sponge mix and blend slowly to dispense powders. Whisk on fast speed for 8-10 minutes. Grease the baking tins and fill no more than 3/4 of the tin with the Classic Vanilla Sponge mix. Bake at 180° C for 30-35 minutes, depending on the size and shape of the sponge.
