A dark brown product with a dark cocoa taste and cocoa choc aroma. Non-tempering, compound chocolate. A superior product to the Chocex Baking chocolate with a smoother mouth feel.

Intended for all types of consumers.
Damaged packaging can result in product contamination. Prevent exposure to air, or strong vapour to maintain organoleptic and sensory properties of the product.
