Isomalt, healthier sugar substitute, is the perfect thing for making beautiful clear candy decorations for your cakes, candies and desserts! Wear protective gloves at all times. Isomalt Burns!
Place Isomalt granules in a pot, put the stove on high and
bring to the boil. Remove from the stove and wait for a few
moments for the bubbles to subside. The Isomalt should now
be crystal clear. A drop of gel colour or water based food
powder may be added.
Store ready made Isomalt in an airtight container with a sachet
of Silica Gel.
