Isomalt, healthier sugar substitute, is the perfect thing for making beautiful clear candy decorations for your cakes, candies and desserts! Isomalt is similar to using sugar except that it doesn’t turn a yellow color when it is heated to high temperatures. It also stands up to humidity better than sugar so it’s a great choice to use as a decoration.

**Please Note! :
Wear protective gloves at all times. Isomalt Burns!
Place Isomalt granules in a pot, put the stove on high and
bring to the boil. Remove from the stove and wait for a few
moments for the bubbles to subside. The Isomalt should now
be crystal clear. A drop of gel colour or water based food
powder may be added.
Store ready made Isomalt in an airtight container with a sachet
of Silica Gel.
Isomalt can be reused even if cloudy or caramelized
