Returns & Refunds policy
Baker's Paradise offers customers the opportunity to return certain items
if the items are faulty, erroneous or if the quality is deemed below par.
Note that courier fees are not refundable.
Conditions of returns:
- The item must be in its original packaging.

The customer must be able to produce their till slip or
invoice.

Baker’s Paradise is entitled to inspect the item for any signs of
intentional damage and can, as a result, reject the return.

If erroneous, the item must be in a suitable enough condition for
resale.
If the above conditions are met, the customer can claim a full refund for
the items purchased.
